Eligibility: As an active SYSCO employee, you are eligible for benefits provided that you are scheduled to
work at least 30 or more hours per week on a full-time basis. Coverage can also include your lawful spouse and
unmarried, qualifying children.
Effective Date: Benefits are effective the first day of the month following the employee’s completion of
two full continuous calendar months of employment as a SYSCO associate.
