Ingredients
•  112 gal. frozen lowfat vanilla yogurt
•  214 cups SYSCO Classic snowflake coconut
•  112 cups SYSCO Imperial maraschino cherry halves, finely chopped
•  3 oz. maraschino cherry syrup from cherry halves above
•  214 oz. SYSCO Imperial rum extract
•  24 SYSCO Imperial maraschino stem cherries
Preparation
1.  Measure all ingredients into large blender container; blend until smooth. Garnish with stemmed cherry.
